Any suggestions? Where from and how much, also how long do they last.
Thanks

Seriously, I have the same prob, and I've also found that the type with the join on the side of the wrist are stupidly hard to get on and off. I much prefer those that join on the top of the wrist. My current pair are shimano branded and fine except I think the palms could be better padded.

they have been lasting quite well (over 6 months). The little hoops on the ends of the fingers make getting them off easy.

They are available in Australia as I bought it in the city here in Sydney (CBD Cycles). No ideas who carries it near you.

I've done about 6000km in them and they are not showing any signs of wear. Thay are full leather and have no padding. Once the leather molds to your hands they are super comfy.
As long as you have a good bike fit and don't expect your gloves to soak up road bumps they are excellent.
Only bad point is the on rainy or very sweaty rides the die runs out of the leather and makes my hands go black. Oh, and they don't have the toweling strip on the back of the thumb to wipe sweat (or snot) off your face.

I am not happy, I bought some body butter and am trying to stretch the leather back, and it almost fits me.

I bought these, not sure of the exact model name and its not the right picture although looks similar, bought them 3 years ago for $45 and they had the most amount of gel for that brand. They're still going fine although getting a bit on the stinky side, I've only washed them once Nothing seems to be tearing & the gel's holding up. I haven't used them excessively as others would've, usually 30min a day until as of recent where I'm doing 90min
