While the frame and group was free and I am certainly not complaining but the Gios was picked up by a mate of mine in Sydney, I've sent him a thank you voucher and I had to buy pedals and levers from the US and pay another mate who was in the US (as the seller wouldn't ship overseas) a "commission" ....it has still cost me nearly a grand!

My life sucks hey (yes tongue firmly in cheek).

I'm still dining out on this story!

It's got a front derailleur hanger so no, not originally a fixie

Not quite retro but saw an ad yesterday for a Lemond Ti Carbon spine frame (in Adelaide too !) that would have been a sweet retro-ish build

Took too long and ad was gone :(
