Recall: Canyon Speedmax CF triathlon bikes

Issue:
The stem and handlebar may crack, leading to breaking or detachment. This may occur after impacts such as striking a pothole or kerb.

R073 and R41

Bit of nuance when I went looking. Only because I'd thought there were other active recalls and it turns out to be really hard to find what the 'recalls' are.
