I'm looking at cycling from Upwey to Corinella. The route I've looked at so far includes Cardinia Rd (through Officer South towards Koo Wee Rup) and South Gippsland Hwy/Bass Hwy from Koo Wee Rup to Corinella.
I'm used to riding on the road, but these are roads I've not ridden on and just seeking some advice on potential pitfalls, potential alternatives and any general warnings you may have. I'd be planning on leaving Upwey between 6-6.30am with a view to reaching Corinella by 10am or so.
