Apparently Parlee fed for Chapter 11 (bankruptcy) on the 6th Feb in the US
Sad as they did have some good offerings

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is - as I understand it - more like what is called here a "scheme of arrangement" to trade out of difficulties and avoid bankruptcy by negotiating formal agreements with creditors.

Yup, you'll be lining up with all the other creditors. But could be a good time to wangle a discount.
