Hi currently I have Campy Potenza 11 speed group set.
I want to use Ultra shift (5down 3up) function based on my group set then which component do I need to change?
I guess just need a chorus or record shifter but some says need front derailleur need to change together.
Any advice please, Thanks in Advance.

I can answer this indirectly.
I run an Athena 11 speed groupset with Chorus 11 shifters. Perfect operation and installation - no issues.
I'm 100% certain Athena 11 is also Ultra Shift just like Potenza 11 so you can switch the shifters to Power Shift ie Chorus or above and get things working the way you want. The brake lever pull ratio is the same across these two mixes and I'd stick my neck out and suggest it's the same across all the 11 speed Campagnolo road stuff.

3rd class cycling is always better than 1st class walking
