What are the defects?
The front pulley's clamping bolts may not be tightened properly and may allow the steering wire to slip.

Translation: You can't steer anymore and the front wheel could turn unexpectedly

What are the hazards?
If the steering wire slips, the rider will lose steering control. This may lead to an accident causing injury or death.

What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the bicycle and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
