Hello. I’m hoping someone can give me some info on this hub I have. I had a wheel set made up about 15 years ago at Abbotsford Cycles in Richmond, Vic. It was way before I knew anything about bikes so never bothered to look into it at the time. Years later I tried searching and found one post on a forum somewhere that I think mentioned it was an Aussie company.
Cannot find anything now
This is the front hub, 100mm, 5mm QR, cup and cone. The rear was a Surly SS hub so unfortunately don’t know whether Roulette/Dice made rear hubs or not.
Thanks for any info!
Anyone have any info on this Roulette/Dice hub? More details inside.

Not sure I am helping but looking at one of the old dw stock Discontinued & Overstock Lines
sheets from 2011 and found this - unsure but think the item number may be a mix of dw internal and company line codes
Fingers crossed your hub is here...
So your surly hub is a ss bmx type screw on freewheel? is that an issue?
