New bike rubbing brakes

Hey folks

Trying to put together a bike and the front disc is rubbing against the brake. It doesn't appear bent. Any idea how to fix?

Also the rear brakes were rubbing so I loosened the wire, except now there is too much movement in the calliper. How can I get this to stay still?

The disc caliper needs realignment, and the video below demonstrates how to do this :

Those were the two videos I was using previously. Eventually got the rear brake caliper working. Can't solve the front disc.

Is the front wheel seated properly in the fork?

If it is a Quick Release axle, put the bike on the ground with some weight on the front of the bike undo the QR lever and clamp it up again.

If the rotor is straight and in the right place then it should be a matter of moving the calliper rather than trying to separate the pads.
