What lithium battery chemistry are today's ebikes using?

Sellers are light on detail when they talk about battery packs. Even Bosch doesn't mention what they use inside their battery packs.

In days gone by LiFePO4 was the standard but there are now multiple lithium chemistries although none seem to offer the same safety as LiFePO4.
