I believe Peter Heal ( Poit on the forum)was to be there. Would be on a bent.
I tried to find Aussies who were going but didn't succeed. Think there was to be quite a few. Nothing I could find on Audax Aus site anyway.

Peter finished in a typically laid back 72h46mJohn Lewis wrote:I believe Peter Heal ( Poit on the forum)was to be there. Would be on a bent.

The tracking site mentioned in the first post will take name(or part), frame number, club, (Audax Aust region clubs in the form A.A.State where State starts with New/Vic/South/West/Queen/Tas/Aust(for ACT)/) as search parameters
The last finishers within the time limits would have rolled over the finish line a couple of hours ago so I guess that's a wrap until 2023, better start preparing now.
Paris-Brest-Paris via Normandy, Britteny, 1,222kms, 11,500m ascent, 6,399 starters from 66 countries and 2500 volunteers staffing controls etc, one blog I saw said it was "like being treated as a cycling God for the 4 days) with thousands of supporters at every town and village passed through and between , even at 4am, the route looked very pretty

Brian Hornby of Auduax Qld had to pull out after another rider pushed him off the road at the 1020km mark, leaving him with suspected rib or shoulder injuries.

Look at the tracker, the search for aussies. Funny searching by state yields the results, Searching Australia only yields South and West AustraliaJohn Lewis wrote:I believe Peter Heal ( Poit on the forum)was to be there. Would be on a bent.

Thanks for the info .
Couldn't get the tracker to work seems I have a fault in browser. Several sites same problem.
Changed computers and now all is well and I see results.
Looks like a good effort by Poit.
