So, i've gone from a rim brake/QR bike
to a
Thru Axles and Disc Brake bike...
Still getting used to the new bike
Question is, is there a way or removing the glossy polish that seems to be on the tyres of Complete bikes?
still getting used to 25mm again, and still yet to wear the gloss and rubber stamp marks off the tyre

Scrub them, I never ride new tyres without roughing the rubber up.

Thge finish on the tyres has stuff-all to do with whether the bike is factory-assembled or not, it's from the manufacturing process of the tyres, and some compounds gloss up more than others. If you're really worried, give them a scrub with fine sandpaper or something, or just go and ride them; they'll scrub in soon enough.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.
