15% off most things at Pushys.

Also, Cashrewards has 12% cashback on purchases from catch.com.au. It's 15% if you use an ANZ card, capped at $40 cashback each. Catch is a portal to many bike parts shops like Bikebug so you can get a decent discount on bits and pieces and accessories...

After planning to do it ages ago, an email from BikeBug showing 40% off POC helmets was too good to pass up.

As unlike past "sales" there was actually quite a bit of stock, so snaffled a Ventral Air Spin in the Red :mrgreen:

Something that might be an interesting option for anyone wanting to buy a Giant bike or Giant gear. Coles is apparently having a 15% sale on all "The Cards" starting Wednesday.

The Active card includes Giant, so potentially this would provide a 15% discount on any Giant bike or gear, which doesn't seem too bad. I would think that this might stack with any other offers, so, for example, in Brisbane you can get 10% off Giant bikes or accessories (at some stores at least) using a discount code from Cycling Brisbane, and then if you paid with gift vouchers (or at least some vouchers) it might result in close to 25% off.

The Hors Bibs are terrific, bought three pair this last few months.
The LE COL points earned system confuses me no end, over my head to get a better price
using it.

Yes, they are excellent. The only type I will buy now. I have enough of them so don't need to buy more.

Rapha Archive has been restocked. Just scored the Country jersey for $84 down from $210.
Core Jerseys $64 (half price), Gilets and things too.

Sporty(?) fit, the sizes given on their site are pretty much 100% correct for a firm fit. XXL Hors Bibs were quite tight at first wearing but now feel normal. I'm 99kg (AT) 183cm. If I put on 5kg they'd probably be to tight.

I sent LE COL a review, told them their B.S. site wasn't much good re points system for discount, they edited it out of the
review system, maybe the BS in full spelling was a little forthright :D

NeoPro have some well priced gear at the moment. 8)

Foo
I was sizing up 2 kits for $600 at Rapha and was having trouble coming to terms with it, so I have ordered a kit from Neopro to give them a try. Will report back
Keen to hear how you went with Neopro. I found their bib shorts rather average and there was no discernible difference from the $45 Decathlon ones. If not for the fact that I’d be paying postage both ways, I’d return them but not sure if that’s just me as they have a cult following on Facebook.

Posting again about LE COL, whose HORS Bibs are my favourites btw :D . They have bombarded me with their advertising daily on every site I visit and emails just keep pouring in. Could find settings somewhere and block it I suppose, not sure where/how to be honest. Today was the last straw with their type of advertising and I have reviewed their product and posted it on LE COL site. :evil:
The review is as follows -
"Pro Eco Jacket advertised at the bottom of another (Australian) Forum at "$75", when you click on this attractive offer it goes to LE COL website and shows $75, then price cycles to show $125 (with a line thru it) and then cycles to $150. Now. which price is the real one, this is misleading and false advertising and basically dishonest. Having second thoughts about dealing with them !"

Nah their bibs are worse than average IMO, I'd stay away from the bibs. Possibly the most uncomfortable bib I've worn. I'd take the entry level DHB bib over their bibs.
The jerseys seem fine to me though, I'm happy with the 3 I have. Unbeatable for the price.

I just found these on eBay - they are having a sale with $10 off selected items for Plus members.

This appears to be exactly the same as the bike stand I bought from Bunnings last year, but only $55 delivered. Obviously not bike shop quality but mine is perfectly OK for home use;

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/35254431994 ... 04593755fc

Venzo torque wrench set for $66

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/36298268635 ... 04593755fc

Bikehand tool set (I think the same as the Aldi one ?) for $61;

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/36298267729 ... 04593755fc

Venzo digital shock pump (I have one and it works well enough) for $45;

Lol. When I created this account I was adamant I was going to be riding around on bikes but never getting into the whole lycra thing.
But once I discovered how comfortable it is and the performance benefits, I was converted thoroughly :lol:
