My one run in with wiggle was about similar no-stock issue (6700 chainring). I had to pay for the filler, and chase after a refund on the ghost item

I didn't know Ciclimattio but they appear to be legit. The challenge, they are Italian based and Italian online retailers tend to struggle with overseas orders. For example they can technically remove their added tax (GST) on overseas Australian sales, but actually getting this done is another story.

Online reviews appear to be in Italian and while they may be an exception, you may need to bring a bit of patience and keep an eye on their shipping costs and seeing if the value is still there.

Are Bike Inn a reputable online retailer?

So ordered a pair of assos cento evo from Bike inn on Monday 24th May. Arrived Monday 7th June.


Two weeks to arrive from Barcelona. Between $100 to $150 cheaper than any local or online retailers, I’ll take the two week delivery time.

No idea when I’ll get to ride them. Will give an amateurs review when I get back on the bike.

thanks for that. I put in an order and received the shorts within a week. Pretty fast given the current shipping issues and comparable to c r c.

Whoever updates their website and sends out their emails at Pushys is very busy. They do this at least once a week and make a big deal out of it. They need to match BikeBug's shipping on a permanent basis if they expect to compete
