However, there is a code each month for club members to get $20 off when you spend $150.
This year it has been (LETSRIDE01/02/03) - this month's code expired on 26 March.
But if you wait until next month, you can get it for $132 delivered.
Sizes remaining are XXL and 3XL (but remember you have to upsize for Castelli)
Oh, and it's "light black" colour

I think you would be better off finding an Aldi MTB which IMO would be much better value. Stores seem to still have them in stockkalil wrote:Rebel Sports are selling this bike for $280, seems pretty good for it's price?

I assume you are not talking about the recent, sub $100 Aldi Mountain bike, Denwol?

Noobie question, could I take a MTB and just switch the wheels for road tires and basically just use them as a road bike.I think you would be better off finding an Aldi MTB which IMO would be much better value. Stores seem to still have them in stock

Yes. Switch tyres for slicks around 1.5" and that will do you. Cheap option.kalil wrote:Noobie question, could I take a MTB and just switch the wheels for road tires and basically just use them as a road bike.I think you would be better off finding an Aldi MTB which IMO would be much better value. But it will be ~ 1kg heavier due to the suspension forks.Add more weight if it has rear suspension.
Another factor to consider is cheap suspension may not have 'lock out' that stops suspension movement caused by peddling that uses energy ...

I did that with my Diamondback MTB for a while before I bought my first touring bike....I just bought some really good road tyres for it....made a big difference. They can make a very good commuter if they're set up right.kalil wrote:Noobie question, could I take a MTB and just switch the wheels for road tires and basically just use them as a road bike.I think you would be better off finding an Aldi MTB which IMO would be much better value. Now I'm looking at going back to a decent MTB tyres and use the bike for what it's supposed to be.....
It's a non- disc brake model bike but I don't ride that fast anymore...so I ain't gonna hit something that hard

Tried to get this in conjunction with the lights discount but the checkout will give you one or the other - not both.Bunged Knee wrote:Pushy's $30 min spend is back again with exceptions of oversize or bulky items.

Every coupon can only be used once per customer and only one coupon per order will be accepted.
Coupon codes are only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts we offer.

In Euro - Road cycling K3 glasses down from 82 Euro to 20 / 25 / 30 or 35 Euro depending on the model. Also, additional lenses also have reduced prices.

I think it is a 24 hour sale.. so keep an eye on the time.

Yes, but you'll still be lugging 15kg+ of steel with flat bars and MTB gearing. Like putting a wrestler in ballet shoes.kalil wrote:Noobie question, could I take a MTB and just switch the wheels for road tires and basically just use them as a road bike.I think you would be better off finding an Aldi MTB which IMO would be much better value. It's not a 24hr sale but as it shown that if you buy it before that time and it will be at your door on that date.AUbicycles wrote:Pretty good deals on a few models of glasses and some cycling jerseys (where the size is available) at Siroko

Bought 3 sunnies with photochromic lenses last Friday morning and it arrived at my door today at 2.23pm from Spain by DHL courier.
That was quick.

And it was a bugger to change the lens until I read the instructions and got it in frame.
Will check it out tomorrow to test check it as I never used the photochromic lens on rides yet.
Pic below of blue lens been taken out of frame when it was in.

Seems quite a good price, even with the current rotten exchange rate.
