Pushys have the Louis Garneau LS-100 road shoes out again.

I bought a white pair of $60 a few years ago, and they've been great. So when browsing the site recently, found that they have them on sale again. They are $100 now, but they have a good range of sizes, as well as bargain pricing on some others.

I've picked up a couple of pairs of the lairy flouro ones

Depending on what you do from a parts perspective, and where you source. If you accumulate good used parts and assemble yourself, it can be a fraction cheaper but also a good representation of what you want. If it's all new parts it is a more expensive way of doing it, and if a Bike Shop does the assemble then it's probably not viable.

Interesting that they don't specify what size the frame is.

As 10speeed states above, probably not a viable option unless you want a specific build/components for your bike or you do it yourself.

It is 50% in some cases, but we are talking last season styles and very limited sizes and colours, mainly 2XS a few XS and 2XL

Bugger, bugger and bugger.

Whilst my White LG LS-100 shoes fit great, the lairy flouro ones are a tad tighter (length is OK). The material and construction of the uppers is slightly different, so it doesn't seem to have the same give, and hence are too tight in the front toe box.

So, back they go.

The fillings are not super sweet, which for me, is good.

I grabbed some last night too !!

Clif bars are my go to. I like the white chocolate ones. Carman bars are good, but not as energy rich

i got carried away and bought over 10 bars the last time they went on sale. most of them expired before i got to them. winter = lack of cycling!!
