Who'd you order from? That seems like a decent deal, though I sort of promised myself I wouldn't be measuring power on my gravel bike I do miss it!
Looks like Favero only say to use the PD-M540 or 550 for the conversion. Pretty sure that's not correct, but wasn't sure if you knew.
Bought from here

When I did it, there was a $60 voucher as well.
Still $40 cheaper than Pushys and quicker delivery.
The trainer Road thread linked earlier and also a post from me lists many different off-road options that fit easy

These are the pedals that have been shown to work in the Trainer Road thread (and more being successfully tried as well)
xPedo
M-Force 4 - These don’t appear to be available
M-Force 8 - Available but expensive and there seems to be a lot of poor user reviews.
CXR - Needs locktite and can’t be torqued up without binding so not ideal if swapping back and forth between SPD and Road pedal bodies
TVRS Duo
Bontrager Comp - I think these are a straight and easy swap
Wellgo M19 - I think these are a straight and easy swap
ISSI Flash/Flip/Trail 3 - straight easy swap but must be v III
Shimano
PD M8000
PD A600
PD M520
PD EH500

Well, after receiving the pedals the other day, and finally getting around to it, it took the grad total of 3 min to complete the swap.
I have to pull them apart to fit the o-rings per this image from the Trainer Road thread. Not my pedals below, but the pic is the same (apart from the aforementioned o-rings.
But apart from finishing initial charge and sorting out a clunk in the BB, they are ready to go !!!

After all the really workable hacks to get gravel pedal PM's using the Assioma Duo Shimano spindles, lo and behold, they've released their own

Key MAJOR improvement is the pods have gone !
In the drop down menu on the right, you can select english. Shimano SPD cleat compatible

"Pre-series units available only in Italy in limited quantities."
