'The Mediterranean' Cafe Ristorante on The Broadway (street) has bike/saddle style racks right outside of the Karl Chehade. The employees of Karl Chehade are really anal about people leaning bikes on the window
Pretty popular with a few group of cyclists.
I get the feeling that a lot of non cyclists hate sitting outside due to 20+ cyclists being cyclists

Was interested to see what you guys post here, although i'm not a cyclist it does interest me as to how much the Adelaide cycling community talk about and are interested in coffee. I see the link all the time. Cyclists at coffee shops and also I see the discussion on the internet as is on this forum, and others. A niche market cafe's should look out for and promote themselves as a cycling stop-off particularly if they are on a good cycling route.

I notice earlier my coffee blog was mentioned, cheers for that.

I did pay one visit to Cafe Europa last year but decided not to go back after a lacklustre ristretto. Joe's cafes is really about the owner, really chatty fella who knows everyone and has a great spot. Last I heard he was doing renovations or something, dont know if that has gone ahead yet. Popped in Pure cafe a few weeks ago, i'd like to go back again because they certainty have good intentions and visually the place says 'coffee'. Love that.

Sorry I cant add any new suggestions for along the beachfront but i'll be interested in any others that come up.

Cheers,
Bobby.

+1 Taylors Blend on Hallet Rd, this lad is the real deal. Avoid the beach front always, no idea on the coffee, prefer hills and not trying to be noticed....

Link to the blog for those that are too lazy to google ... :o

Sounds like instead of ding a pub crawl, should do a BNA Coffee Ride, where the focus is the coffee places to visit rather than the riode itself .....

Read a bit of the coffee blog.

A bit too serious about coffee compared to me. then again, I'm a philistine, as I use sugar and have never tried a ristretto or esspresso (can't get enough sugar in ...)

I note that one of the spots Dr Mutley liked got a pretty crook review ....

Don't need sugar in a well pulled ristretto Michael, naturally sweet.
Of course, a badly pulled one should be spat back into the glass and thrust at the barista with the request to try getting it right.
My morning latte was a shocker today and I said so. The GLW was very apologetic and ran to pull a fresh one.

Life is too short to drink bad coffee.

Was at pure boutique a couple of weeks ago and had some great coffee. Bar 9 does awesome coffee. Coffee barun on main north road roasts their own beans for use and retail. Brilliant coffee.

The newly opened A Mothers Milk served me good coffees when i was there a couple of weeks ago. Its on Unley rd, not sure though how cycle friendly the place is.. bike parking for example. Milk texturing was done very well and are knowledgeable and know how to make a ristretto.

+ 1 for Joe's kiosk, 300m South of Henley Square on the beachfront.
