I have a slightly different philosophy, I believe with some good physio/functional strength work you can make your pedalling more efficient (or perhaps 'feel' moreso like you are pedalling circles), but when you are on the bike you pedal with whatever you've got and at that point in time there is nothing more you can do than HTFU and pushtwizzle wrote:Scary.
