Looks like Ross is. I am a 90% starter. Depends how I pull up from the vets race the day before. I reckon I will be there. New course looks great. Never done a cotter uriarra followed by 5 peaks. Nice.

Who is riding out Sunday morning? Twiz?

To many riders who don't know how to ride in a bunch.

Clears up a bit after 3rd and 4th climbs but still I always feel really nervous before that.

In my experience it clears up after about 3-4kms... In this case, it will clear half way up Mt Mac.

I just rode off up the front last year. Was only myself and one other. No problems with any bunch issues.

I stopped doing nass community events after my experiences with the 2011 Fitz's Challenge and 2010 Mutual Community rides. Bikes all over the place, even got screamed at that its not a race when I asked someone to move left so I could pass.

I find the rides that have a more race like field attract s far higher standard of behavior. The 3 peaks and Amy Gillette Grand fondo cone to mind.

Plus the fact that this ride is on roads that I train on every day. The event needs a special catch to attract a wider audience.
