Has anyone purchased any of the indoor spin DVD's? What was your view on them.

If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

I've got a few of the Spinervals DVDs. I've found they helped with endurance, and also with hill-climbing. Some of them are quite tough (for unfit plonkers like me). I've never actually made it through an entire Spinervals session because my body just couldn't take it anymore!! The music on the Spinervals DVD is distracting though, and worse, it's B-grade pr0n-like music. I'd love to be able to switch it off altogether. At times, it obscures the coach's directions, so I have to take visual cues on what I'm supposed to be doing. Very annoying. That said, they're still very useful and give me a great workout.

my spinervals have the option to do the workout with or without music in the main menuMax wrote:The music on the Spinervals DVD is distracting though, and worse, it's B-grade pr0n-like music. I'd love to be able to switch it off altogether
they're good but pricey at $50 each
