Hypothetically (yeah right), and assuming normal ballpark figures (relationships between FTP and 5min power, and presuming it's on the flat, and no one has an abnormal CdA)
A group of 5 riders in a paceline on road bikes. Turns at the front are 1min each. The rider doing the pull is at their 5min interval power, then peels off and has 4mins of slipstreaming.
What would his NP be, relative to his FTP?
ie, 1min hard (at whatever % of FTP a 5min interval typically is), followed by 4mins of easier work (at whatever % of FTP slipstreaming typically is). Rinse and repeat for a while.
Hmmm.
