379KMs for November, and 4,300 so far for the year. I will miss my 5,000KM target this year. Such is life. Hoping to get out tomorrow if my balance improves, it has been a mess for a couple of days

3744km and hoping to hit 4200 for year.
2 months overseas, a couple of episodes of cold or flu, injured back and a few episodes of afib probably was another month or so off the bike. Plus added in some running. So pretty happy with that.
The main thing I am struggling with is doing any rides over 50km. Just don't have enthusiasm to try. Not that it matters, still doing more than enough for a healthy level of fitness.
