Yes, they need to do something as they are just not competing well.

What worries me is,O'Connor can't put two hard days in a row together, so if they are looking too make him the "star" rider, then they need to get him sorted for that problem. Don't get me wrong, when is is on song, he's good but it's the reliability in putting two days in a row together that has me questioning that move. :?: He should have been able to overhaul Thomas in the Giro for 3rd place but he couldn't. :?

Ben O’Connor coughed continuously at the finish of stage 20 in Bassano del Grappa but his pain was eased by knowing he had finished fourth overall in the Giro d’Italia even after fighting illness in the final week.

Okay, I'll give him some leeway there but I've been following him closely for some time and he can put in a real good hard leg one day but can't back it up for a second day and I'm not the only one that has noticed this trend.

Meh, he's as bad as Cuddles was in the Lotto years. Couldn't even win when Contador was out.

Has O'Conner got a dog? Maybe he needs one for motivation?

He would have been 14yrs old then and has never ridden for Lotto?
