How to find Space for Bike lanes in clogged Cities

Hi All, just watched a video early this morning and it was released just today and it's from an American Channel called "Shifter" that I'm subscribed to and it takes you to modern day Paris where the Government has made more space in favour of Cyclists and Pedestrians over Motorised transport in the City centre.
Shifter is an American who's channel talks mostly about the Bicycle Commuting lifestyle in the US as well as other places in the world.

Paris is Massive and maybe some of you have been there. Drifter has employed the help of a Cycling Commuter guide who explains what has been done to design a City with many Narrow streets and roads and trying to make it safe for Cyclists and Pedestrians. It's what can be done when the will is there.....it seems that Europeans have the right attitude when it comes to freedom of movement in City communities.

I'd thought I'd share this video with you all, it's about 14 Minutes long.

I like the video's Tom puts on his Shifter channel. He makes a lot od sense.
Not Just Bikes is also well worth a look.
