That was insane.....awesome decent but I was all the time wondering who was going to be the one to head-butt a car/truck
Reminded me back in my youth, my 2nd bike, a heavily optioned Magnet Men's 28 inch bike with an analog speedo worked off a spindle wheel near the front hub with cable which was pretty much the same tech as a motorcycle speedo those days of the heady early 70's, going down Carnley Avenue (the Newcastle lads here will know where I mean) 3 speed Sturmy Archer hub gears with T-bar shift on the top bar wound the 50 MPH speedo off the clock going through Blackbutt reserve.....so I can relate to these guys...what a thrill!!

Yes the corner cutting wasn't good, they seemed to have vision when they did it most of the time, but I didn't pay a lot of attention.brumby33 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 11, 2023 7:59 pm

How was Gavia to Bormio? When I rode down that way in June 2017, the road was in fairly poor condition, with a few too many potholes and other irregularities. Nice scenic descent, though.

Enjoyed the time he trailled Porte around for a video, and got told to p*ss off. His knowledge of old top tier bicycles is great. Kudos for going around adelaide with his trailer bicycle, bringing home ebay buys on the back. And he's a cat person too He's starting to look a bit old though. Those low fat vegan diets aren't great for long term health, or healthy skin imho. Geez he can ride though.... my 2cents.

I don't mind his channel. Pretty laid back and not particularly action packed but it's good seeing someone else's opinions on the same places I ride.
Also he often points out something that I've just put up with for years and it makes me realise 'yeah, that's not really ok'.

Some of my mates reckon he’s got a lot more fair dinkum in recent years. I haven’t seen his older vids but these days he does seem to be speaking some good hard truths, great for when you’re in the mood for an Aussie “call a spade a spade” forthright delivery !g-boaf wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 9:52 amWho is Harley anyway?foo on patrol wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 9:39 amI wouldn't trust anything that clown says or does, he's a waste of space and oxygen thief.

Pretty hard to want to watch anything with his face on it after that.
Foo makes an assessment I concur with.

I didn't want to get banned.
He and his at the time girl friend, tried to join my FB group. First it was her, so I did some research and found that she was tied to him and blocked both.
