Reactive Training Apps

I'm new to the world of Smart trainers.
I have a Wahoo Kickr
I've tried Zwifts free trail, but noticed its not reactive to other training input from Gym workouts and other forms of exercise.
it just feeds you the training plan, without rest etc from other exercise.
Is there a better App, for my needs than zwift?
I'm a Data geek, Fenix6X/Edge 1030, technically i could load data from my sleep apnea machine as well etc.
I do gardening/weights and want realtime feedback for effort in my training programme
