I want to buy an electric bike and my budget is $2300. I want a fat tyre bike which should be good in quality, good after sales service and comfortable. I've sort listed these two Brands NCM and Et Cycle from Leon Cycle as they have good reviews. I'm really confused in between the NCM Moscow M3, NCM Venice Plus and ET. Cycle F1000.
I will be riding the bike daily to work which is just 10KM far from my home.
This will be my first electric bike. It would be great if someone can suggest me in between these two brand NCM and Et.Cycle.

Of the three listed, I would buy the Venice Plus as it comes with a rack and mudguards which is good for commutes. Also has hydraulic brakes and uses an 8 speed cassette
I would also consider some of the XDS bikes you can pickup at 99bikes, similar spec but a lot more stores stock them and should be able to support.

Why do you want a fat tyre bike? In my experience they get quite bouncy to ride on. Combine that with the extra rotational weight and they aren’t a lot of fun to accelerate (although I haven’t ridden an electric one).
Stick to tyres that are regular mountain bike sized unless you plan to ride sand or snow.

The ET Cycle F1000 is the only real "fat tyre bike" on your list.
It also depends if you want a step through frame, or a step-over frame? You've got 3 different bikes there - an upright step through with smaller 20" x 4 inch wide fat tyres with smooth tread, an upright touring/city style with 1.5" smooth tyres, and a more traditional MTB design with 2.25" knobby tyres.
I did a review of the ET Cycle F1000 for the forum, I had it for over a month and found it very easy to live with. Mudguards, lights, front and rear racks. Looks are subjective

Based on your budget & list, have a look at the NCM Milano Plus - it comes with hydraulic brakes, a big battery, rack & fenders.
The XDS E-Cruz is similar, but has a stronger 80Nm mid drive motor - might cost a few hundred more though.
Otherwise most of the better options are around the $3k level (Ordica, Smartmotion, Momentum).

The first impression I had when I saw the F1000 in the shop is a solid and well made bike.
I read several comments from people who bought it because either they are elderly or they are recovering from injuries and so this bike could suit me because I also am recovering.
The only thing that I don't like is the battery because they don't tell what cell brand are used in the package.
To add more info to your review, now it's possible to buy an off road kit which unlocks the max assisted speed to 35Km/h and only throttle to ~30Km/h.
