Aus track team

Is there any way for an athlete to have a try out in front of track recruiters for the Aus track team? She is currently a rower, does road riding and has tried track cycling before. She has amazing cross training potential.
Not just any average Joe, this girl is a powerhouse and has quads of steel, recruiters would understand if they met her, with a sporting resume to match.

That's how the AIS used to recruit some track cyclists - by identifying young talent from other sports. I believe female rowers were one of the groups targeted, for the reasons you describe.

To be fair they must get alot of applicants.
