Shimano haven't said anything yet, but Cycling Tips have posted the best sneak peek yet of the next generation Dura-Ace, which has been rumoured for a while. For the most part it appears fairly evolutionary from the current R9100 series, with the major change being the expected jump to 12-sp. Interestingly, the cassettes appear to stay with the 11T top gear, therefore likely sticking with the existing HG11 freewheel body pattern.
The hydro brake lever hoods have a similar shape to the current model, but are noticeably larger.
Most interestingly, the Di2 system appears to be semi-wireless, very similar to the system FSA popped out a few years ago. The derailleurs seem to be wired to a shared battery, but the top end doesn't appear to have any wires. They could just be well hidden though.
No info yet on mechanical shifting, rim brakes or the full options list, but probably not too far off.
