The Latz Reports details that the Australian founded Bike Exchange platform is preparing for an IPO on the Australian stock exchange.
With shares at 26 cents to raise $20 million - this is only a portion of shares (about 1/4) that pushes the IPO market valuation at a projected $76 million.
