Picked up a Corratec 3004 last week in pretty great shape. Pulled her apart, degreased, cleaned up the components, cleaned the frame, greased the bearings and put back together. This is the first time I have come across this brand and I had to do some serious searching to find anything out about this model in particular (seller had wrong make/model in ad).
I guess I'm just trying to find out if anyone knows anything more about the older models the company produced? Or has a Corratec themselves? I have seen that are still trading and making bikes, predominantly in the MTB world from the looks of it.
I actually have fallen for this one, looking forward to the world going back to normal so that I can set her up for some bikepacking trips.

Thanks!
Sadly my better half seems to have taken a liking to it so my dreams of turning this into a drop bar tourer are all but ruined

It's been a struggle mate. I bought her 3 different bikes, liked none. Typical that she'd like one I didn't buy for her!trailgumby wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 6:26 pm

Yeah I struggled even in German. Shame.
It definitely appears to be well made and put together. I feel like a middle aged Dutch gentleman riding it!
