Yeah my order says pending fulfilment yet according to their website they had 5+ in stock. I will mighty unimpressed if they have taken the order when the distributor is telling every other bike shop in the country cant get stock of the same item until May at the earliest.

Wiggle has my fave tires on sale. Vittoria Corsa G2 25mm. $60 each. I bought a couple and then some more... and a few after that. 9 in total. Brilliant rubber especially with latex tubes. Running them on ZIPP 404’s... seriously nice ride.

This appears to be the same guy selling a bunch of Brown Jersey bikes on Gumtree, which I would imagine were liquidation stock that he's somehow managed to snaffle.

Looks like a horrible design, can't imagine loading that basket up with any sort of weight would be a good long-term idea...I could be wrong though.

Well I thought this would be a good deal for someone! and I don't know if this is the same model without branding from Copenhagen parts

After comparing the pics, the Brown Jersey version is different to the Copenhagen unit. The Copenhagen (called a Bike Porter bar) is shallower and made from Alloy, the Brown Jersey item is a BJ Mercarto carrier. No idea what it's made of but has a 5kg load limit. And hey, it could be ideal for the right use-scenario, I was just providing my opinion, although I really don't like the idea of that type of directional load being placed on the stem faceplate.

Think about the forces a mtb stem goes through. Should be ok for 5kg.

OK, that is definitely a copy of the Copenhagen unit, different dimensions/deeper.

I’m finding that to be the case generally. Pushys, Wiggle and others. It’s all at snail pace right now.
