Was not caught, later found footage of a guy in a blue hat blue gym trackie suit and sunglasses on camera at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Snapping bike lock with bolt cutters then walking away with Matte Black Giant road bike.
Also another person has had their light mounts stolen from their bike as well. The lights weren't even on the bike as well.
Just a heads up to anyone leaving their bike around collingwood.
How do we get the City to install more bike loops in the area. there aren't any around Allpress Espresso coffee shop just poles that can be lifted out of the ground easily.

Probably best to approach Yarra council as a starting point. Might be good to get business owners in the area to back you up.
