It appears that the target was not specifically bikes and so not a professional bike ring. I am hoping that it may have been ridden away and then ditched and could turn up in some bushes somewhere around the Perth CBD or nearby suburbia.
If anyone does see a stranded Women's Oppy C4 2013 pls post here.
This is it, it has a Cateye Padrone bike computer fixed to the top handlebar stem, though it may have been removed to leave just the base plate.
