I spotted the auction curtesy of Google after having posted initially a Wiggle special I'd spotted on the ozbargain site as I often to.
Seeing a cheaper deal I deleted my original post and left the eBay link.
I think you'll find that you'd be protected by eBay if it was a fake due to the heading saying Petzl Actik.boyracer wrote:Item specifics

You have to make up your own mind as you do for all auctions but if you find it ambiguous then that is what the facility to ask the seller questions is for.
Many have been sold and the seller appears to have no red faces in their feedback.
Again, its not my auction and the thread is to alert other forum members to the "special" for everyone to make up their own minds and I'm making no suggestion as to authenticity or warranty status.
My post started as a link to a Wiggle special as mentioned in the Ozbargain site from this link:
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/374710
So if eBay doesn't suit you, there is the other option.

in the region of 350 good feedback with no bad ones amongst it, it has to be said.Trevtassie wrote:

Like I said, I have no skin in the game, so you make up your own mind.
On the surface its a very good for price for whats represented, which is what this thread is for.
I haven't recommended the seller, merely pointing out the offer and I've offered an alternate special on offer via ozbargain.
For those who have yet to peruse the eBay terms and conditions and wondering about recourse:
"What determines if an item is “not as described”?
A “not as described” item should be significantly different from what the seller described in the item listing. This includes:
different item or version;
wrong condition (e.g. the listing stated the item was "new" when it's clearly been used);
missing parts or components (e.g. a listing for a camera kit stated it would include a tripod, but it's missing);
defective during first use (e.g. TV didn't turn on);
counterfeit item;
missing major parts or features, and this wasn't mentioned in the listing; and/or
damaged during postage."
"Counterfeit items
If a buyer suspects that an item is counterfeit and there are strong indicators that this is true (for example: third-party authentication, or a statutory declaration by the buyer), we don't require the buyer to return the item to the seller. The buyer agrees to ensure the proper disposal of the item and may not sell it on eBay or elsewhere. We refund the buyer for the full cost of the item and original postage, and the seller reimburses us for the refund."

Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 2 10,000mAh New Version (Melbourne Stock) $25.95 Delivered (AT) Shopro
The spiel:
"Another excellent deal by Shopro to celebrate their store opening, $2 cheaper than their current offer on eBay I believe this is the cheapest on the market currently for this power bank, Shopro sells 100% genuine Xiaomi products so there is no issue regarding authenticity.
This is the new version of this power bank released in 2018 with dual USB input and output. Due to the recent restrictions on imports of power banks I believe this is a great price for local stock.
This item ships from Melbourne. Shopro have awesome service, quick delivery and a great warranty service if required during the warranty period (12 months). This deal lasts for 7 days so you've got a while to decide if you want it or not!
Both Black and Silver available at time of posting
As always, enjoy!"

"The big one's back – 45% off everything

I did attempt to find "The Lonely Planet Guide to Cycling Australia" but without success.
I have it, but thought it might have been one to steer others towards as a decent book.
