Unfortunately they are sold out of new BNA favourite Rolling Herd, but they have a few other designs...

+1 on these headbands for summer. Bought one a year ago based on a review here and my eyes are thanking me.thomashouseman wrote:

I'm 72kg, 5 ft 6 (167cm) -- would I be okay with a Medium?

Yeah, I have a medium and similar body stats to you. It fits well. I find the jersey is a bit short on the front though, no big deal.thatmdee wrote:Noticed the Rolling Herd set is out in large, but can still add Medium (white) to cart.

height = 5 ft 6
weight = 72 kg
chest = 39 inches
waist = 34.5 inches
inseam = 31 inches (to heel)
Based on the above, I have no idea on sizing. My height is below the Medium sizing, chest is within Medium, but looking at the Capo sizing chart -- Medium is 32 inches, whereas I'm 34.5.. Thinking that unfortunately the medium might not cut it
I haven't really sized up proper cycling kit before, so it's a bit dificult as I don't have much to compare it to. I have a men's Inoc cycling jersey in large (from Aldi) which fits okay -- and is a little loose if anything. I also tried on cheap Netti nix at Rebel -- medium was way too small, large seemed a good fit (on Netti sizing guide, chest is 42 inch and waist is 34 inch for Large).
I've sent them an email to check, and see if they're offering any more bundles (same, or different design) in the future.
I'm keen to get some 'good' cycling kit without having to pay $400-500.. Hopefully more specials to come in the new year.

In comparison I am
height = 6 ft 1, 183cm
weight = 83 kg
chest = 39 inches 98cm
waist = 34 inches 86cm
inseam = 33 inches (to heel) 82cm
and most important for me with shorts thigh 22.5 inches 57cm
I like my kit tight, even though I have a couple of extra kgs/inches in the waist.
I have a mix of capo M and L jerseys, you will fit a M jersey without any problems. My only issues with the jersey in the length of the front, which will not be an issue for you.
Bib shorts, I have a mix of capo L and XL, as well as a single M bought a couple of years ago, before I realised I am an L/XL with a preference for XL in shorts .
I would say the L bib shorts would be the best fit for you, though a M or XL will work. Just the M will be a little tight and have a shorter life expectancy. While the XL a little loose.
Your choice take the punt on short sizing with a kit with a replacement value of $260+ for $110. Or head to Capo http://www.capocycling.com.au/ to see if you can score a kit on special with M jersey and L bib shorts (or if you like a less restrictive looser feel L jersey, XL bib shorts) for $260 posted.

I have my old Sony running for six hours off a battery bank. I don't see why this one will not accept the modification. I will post it as soon as possible.

It's just cheap stuff like what you see on Aliexpress. Probably best avoided, certainly for stem and bars.techsupport wrote:Has anyone used this brand? and would you buy it?

Excellent, thanks. I think I'll hold out for now. I'm only really doing shorter rides anyway, so hopefully some bundle/kit specials will appear soon.nickobec wrote: ...snip..

I would stay far away from that, I have personally seen ebay carbon posts and bars fail.

Which is not to endorse the above components in any way.

If it was me and these were two of the three contact points between me and my bicycle I wouldn't buy chinese no name stuff. Pedals only can be tricky to control your machine if that's all the influence you have left .

Agreed! I'm sticking with alloy gear, for the savings of maybe 200grams leaves open all the possibilities of failure. I'd rather lose 200 grams of my own weight and save the money.MichaelB wrote:There is a time and place to save money, and to me, this isn't one of them.techsupport wrote:Has anyone used this brand? and would you buy it?
