I have the one with aluminium rollers. Bombproof rollers if a little heavy when taking them to the track.

Is that a recommendation for their use as a training aid or a pseudo glute machine?dalai47 wrote:Great price! I paid ~$170 for mine a number of years ago.

More seriously, I assume you think they'd be worth getting? I'd have them for occasional use only.

They are strong and hard wearing so no complaints there.
As to worth getting, it depends what you want to use them for? Given the roller diameter, they don't offer a lot of resistance. It's a bit like rolling on the flat with a solid tailwind... Perfect for recovery / technique sessions or warming up and down between races at the track.

Supernova E3 TRIPLE +handlebar mount Now $199.95

Edit: It has been pointed out in another thread that these may not be the latest version of these lights.
Please ring Cecil Walker to confirm as when I posted, I was unaware there were different versions.

I'm tempted too. It would be for warning up before a weights workout and technique work.Top_Bhoy wrote:Is that a recommendation for their use as a training aid or a pseudo glute machine?dalai47 wrote:Great price! I paid ~$170 for mine a number of years ago.

What's the difference with the two linked? Material?
Thanks

The drums are plastic on the first link and the aluminium on the second. I'd go the with the later...DaveQB wrote:What's the difference with the two linked? Material?

I pulled the pin on the aluminium option on Sunday evening. For the limited use I will likely give it and in consideration of the comments Dalai and others have given it in earlier threads, at $154 delivered to Melbourne seemed to good to pass.dalai47 wrote:The drums are plastic on the first link and the aluminium on the second. Bought a couple of jerseys two weeks ago and delivery from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast was next day. One jersey was too tight and the return has not been an issue and I will order some more stuff when they get my return.
Excellent communication by email and phone and they really know their products. Good to hear for a local!

Spotted on Ozbargain.com
I've not got time currently to check on how good the special is, but Ozbargain site is usually fairly on to it on average.

I have Ultegra 172.5 arms and Praxis 10 speed chainring. There's no reason I can't throw this crankarm into the mix right? It looks like a great deal.2wheels_mond wrote:Cheapest brand new power meter yet, I reckon. 4iiii PRECISION Power Meter - Shimano 105 5800 $538 at Evans Cycles.
